If you have a problem concerning the products in your order, after taking the approval of Raen you can return your product. Due to the consumer rights regulations the product has to be returned within 14 days. The package of the product to be returned should not be opened, harmed or lacking in pieces.
The return process can be completed only in the condition of submission of the invoince with the product. A written declaration concerning the cause of returning the product should be sent to Raen. After receiving the returned product unharmed, the refund will be directed to your account. In the following conditions the return will not be accepted: If the original package of the product is torn or harmed, the product is opened and used or the content of the package have been destroyed or used.
IMPORTANT
The products prepared exclusively for a customer on request can not be returned back or changed as depending on the consumer rights regulations the customer reserves the right of not buying the exclusively produced good. The cargo payment should be covered by Raen that returns the product. (within Turkey)
