Ordering
Please make sure that you are using the updated version of your internet browser while purchasing. Add the products you have selected to your “Shopping Cart” using the “Add to Cart” button and press continue. Fill in the form for  “Billing Details” and “Delivery Address” and press continue. Choose your payment type from “Payment Method” and you will be assigned to bank payment page by iyzico payment system for finalizing your order and press “Confirm” to finalize your purchase. You will be given an order number, you could check your order details in "Account" section. You will also be sent a mail about your cargo.

You can create "Wish List" and save it in our data base and complete your shopping on a later time. Besides, after placing your first order, you can use the same shopping list for your future orders without choosing them from the list of products.

Orders From Abroad
Up to 3 kg, you can order from abroad via credit card or bank transfer by Western Union. All international parcels are delivered by DHL door to door. Special discounted world wide price up to 3 kg is below. Please ask info for more than 3 kg order.

The Details About the Operation of Orders
After you press the “Confirm” button you will be sent a mail concerning your order. Your orders paid with credit cards will be activated after the security control done by iyzico credit card payment system during payment process or within a day. In the orders with money transfer payments, the delivery will be handed to cargo after the necessary check in the bank is completed.

Payment Options
You can do the payments either with credit card or money transfer from the bank. Payments in delivery of postal checks are not accepted.

The Details Concerning Purchase with Credit Cards
Your order will be cancelled if your credit card is denied from the bank. The denial may have several reasons, such as;

 Entering the credit card wrong
 Invalid card because of date or not defined 3D payment
 Inadequate credit limit
 Abolition of the additional card by the owner
 Temporary connection failure with the bank
 Using the credit card that was reported as lost or invalid
 Cards being only a ATM card

In order to get assistance concerning your credit card confirmation problems please connect the customer service of your bank. In some occasion you may be asked to sent your ID and credit card photocopy to our company for extra security check.

Payments with Money Transfers from Bank
In order to pay via money transfer press “money transfer” button after you complete choosing your products. After completing your ordering process you should transfer the purchase amount to the bank account mentioned below. It will be better if you write the order number on your bank receipt. The receipt should be sent to raen@raen.com.tr to hand your products to the cargo.

The delivery process starts from the date the purchase amount is received. The orders will be cancelled if the purchase amount is transferred within 1 day.

Delivery
Your order with bank/credit card confirmation will be handed to cargo in approximately 3 days. The order will be delivered by the cargo within 1 - 3 days depending on the destination. Shipping information for orders placed for cargo is sent your registered mobile phone on the same day.

There is no cargo delivery on Sundays and on public holidays. The orders given in Public Holidays will be taken into operation on the following business day and depending on the bank/credit card check will be handed to cargo in the following three days. The unexpected delays in deliveries will be reported via e-mail.

Shipment Pricing
The orders from Turkey will be delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo. Orders of 1500 TL and above will not be charged shipment. Please choose the "Free Cargo" option for orders above 1500 TL (Abroad orders are not included). Order amount below 1500 TL will be charged a flat cargo payment which is 137 TL (Abroad orders are not included). Please see below, the average shipment prices applied by the cargo companies:

Istanbul (app.): 350 - 415 TL
Out of Istanbul (app.): 450 - 500 TL

If the product you have purchased is damaged or wrong; check your product in the presence of the cargo when it is handed to you. If the delivery is damaged you will need to have a report prepared by cargo right at the moment. Contact us in case the parcel does not include your whole orders.

If the product in your order and invoice is the same but the product delivered is different, you will need to sent back the parcel with a copy of the invoice and a written explanation. In these cases, you can contact us by 0 212 241 41 14

If the parcel is not delivered on time; you can contact us concerning the delivery by 0 212 241 41 14 or e-mail us. After the examination concerning the delivery is over, we will inform you about your parcel and the parcel will be delivered as soon as possible.

Cancelling an order; you will have to inform us with a written notice concerning your cancel. Regarding the written notice, your order will be cancelled and the purchase amount will be refunded.

In the occasion of order cancels payment with credit cards the refund of the amount will take time depending on the operation of the bank. The information about the refund can be taken from the customer services of your bank. In the occasion of order cancels with money transfers to bank account, the refund will be sent to your account.
